Effective management of others is more than pushing people to do things as it entails consistency, setting goals, effective communication and transparency. The approach used by Larry Page, CEO of Alphabet, is engaging his employees and urging them to face their fears head-on. Braha (2018) posits that this strategy helped the company thrive by having a workforce that uses its ideas for good. With the right resources channeled into training employees, they have felt appreciated. This approach would not have worked without incorporating effective communication into the organization (Braha, 2018). Welcoming their feedback and contribution to the company's projects went a long way to ensure success. Importantly, Larry does well in embracing new challenges, and he confronts them with no fear.
